Looking for something a bit more reflective? Our Forward is a Pace workbook might be just what you need. It’s a 12-week, self-guided journey filled with weekly themes, writing prompts, and reflection exercises to help you connect your miles with your mindset.
You can grab it as a digital download or a hard copy, whatever works best for you. And if the cost of the workbook feels out of reach, don’t worry, you can apply for our Mental Health Runner program, which provides it (and other resources!) for free!
