Selected participants receive FREE running shoes, a Still I Run shirt, and a guided 12-week workbook designed to help you build a running routine that supports your mental well-being.

You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to start.

Running Helped Us. Now We Want to Help You.

At Still I Run, we believe movement can play a powerful role in supporting mental health.

Many people want to start running because they know it can help them feel better. But getting started isn’t always simple. Running shoes can be expensive. Training plans can feel confusing. And beginning something new while managing mental health can feel overwhelming.

The Mental Health Runner Program aims to remove those barriers.

This program gives participants the gear, structure, and support they need to begin a running routine that supports their mental well-being.

Because sometimes the hardest part is simply taking the first step.

Everything you need to get Started

If accepted into the program, you’ll receive the tools to help you begin your running journey with confidence.

Free Running Shoes

High-quality running shoes so you can start running comfortably without worrying about the cost.

This Program May Be a Good Fit For You If:

  • You want to start running but aren’t sure where to begin

  • You believe movement could support your mental health

  • You’re willing to commit to a 12-week running routine

  • You’re open to using journaling and reflection as part of your running journey

  • Access to running gear has been a financial barrier

Participants come from many different backgrounds and experiences. Some are brand new to running. Others are returning after time away.

All that matters is that you’re willing to take the next step.

Running For Mental Health, Not Performance

Many running programs focus on speed, distance, or racing goals.

The Mental Health Runner Program is different.

This program is built around the idea that running can be a tool for mental well-being. The focus is on building a routine that supports your mind as much as your body.

Participants learn to:

  • Create consistent movement habits

  • Reflect on how running impacts their mental health

  • Build confidence through small, sustainable progress

  • Develop a personal relationship with running that lasts beyond the program

Because running doesn’t have to be fast to be meaningful.

Every step forward counts.

How the Program Works

The Mental Health Runner Program is a 12-week self-guided experience designed to help participants build a sustainable running routine.

Participants receive their gear and workbook, then move through the program at their own pace.

Each week includes:

  • A training plan for your runs

  • Reflection prompts about mental well-being

  • Tools to help build confidence and consistency

You don’t have to be fast.
You don’t have to run every day.
You just have to
keep showing up.
