Still I Run is a national nonprofit organization that promotes running for mental well-being so that more people can live healthier lives.
We believe movement is vital to mental health and wellness. That’s why we create free programs and welcoming spaces that make it easier for people to start, continue, and return to running as a tool for caring for their mental well-being.
Our programs are designed to reduce barriers, build confidence, and create connection. Whether someone is taking their very first step, looking for community, or using their miles to make an impact, there is a place for every story and every pace here.
Because when people move together with purpose, stigma begins to fall away. Connections are created. And every stride is a step toward mental well-being.
