Every May, we invite everyone from around the country to join us in raising mental health awareness through our May Run Streak. From May 1 to 31 we encourage people to run or walk at least a mile in the name of defeating the stigma. By joining our 2021 Run Streak you can help raise mental health awareness, join a community of other mental health running warriors, and get some sweet swag in the process!

How does the Run Streak work?

Joining the Run Streak is easy! All you have to do is pick your level of participation (each comes with sweet swag), register on More Miles More Fun, join the our Facebook group, and then run or walk a mile every day. Once you’re done with your mile for the day, post about it to the FB group or to your own social media account using #sirunstreak. Seems easy enough, right? As you work on this journey of putting in a mile every day, you’ll connect with others in the mental health running community, create mental health awareness, and complete 31 days of run streaking.
