The Meaning Behind the Miles
The World Mental Health Day 5K is a nationwide running event celebrating the connection between movement and mental well-being.
On October 10, we’ll run for ourselves, for the people we love, and for a future where no one has to face their mental health journey alone. Set your own pace, complete 3.1 miles, earn great swag, and become part of a community that believes running can be a powerful tool for supporting our mental health.
The 5K also serves as the culminating celebration of the first National Run for Mental Health Week, bringing runners together for one final shared goal.
