We welcome runners and walkers of all abilities and ages. We aim to cultivate a supportive space to build community and reduce mental health stigma through running. We are so excited to meet you!  We meet on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 9:00 AM by the Mellow Mushroom in Durham, next to the stairs and colorful mushroom statue out front. Free parking is available at the South Parking Deck American Tobacco Campus (653 Jackie Robinson Dr, Durham, NC 27701). After stretching at the Mellow Mushroom, we will run/walk on the American Tobacco Trail.
