It doesn't matter whether you are an "elite" runner or just starting your journey running for mental health: all you need is to be passionate about defeating the stigma around mental illness and raising awareness about the benefits of running for mental health.
The team at Still I Run will help you cross the finish line (of both your running goal and fundraising goal). We'll provide training plans, fundraising tools, and all the encouragement you need. You bring a passion to defeat the stigma surrounding mental health and raise mental health awareness.
